but what if u but it at pet smart is it still not healthy ?
I’m thinking about getting a chinchilla but they seem very hard to manage and very active. Do they calm down after they get used to you? I just want to make sure that I won’t have an over active pet that I can’t cuddle from time to time or end up losing when they’re out of their cage.
Well store bought pets of anything is bad cos I had 4 hamsters that were ment to be girls and two ended up being boys.
thats expansive the chinhillas at my pet store are $30 lol
i have had chinchillas in the past, but iv always got them when there were a lil older. But i would like to get a baby, and i was? not forsure what is the best age to get one at.
Way to make it look like your NOT reading your lines.
Wtf lower quality animals???
Chinchillas are boring, all they do is sit there.
thats the fun part
i like to eat one!

i like chinchillas but i wanna shove one down this girls troat
most pet stores help you, if they don’t than their idiots and you shouldn’t shop there

@SystematicMasochism Okay I know my reply is a bit stupid. But someone might understand you bought your human baby from a pet store and named her chinnie. I’m just sayin’
@SystematicMasochism OOps your comment is 2 years old
I got my chinchilla from a pet store, and I gotta say, freaking coolest chinchilla I’ve ever experienced. Her name’s Maro and she’s so tame at this point it’s ridiculous.
She comes when I call her, taught her how to walk without use of treats (just my finger to pet her), and even sleeps at the foot of the bed with us now.
It was a mom & pop pet store though and they only had her for a few days and ways given to (or sold) to them from a breeder.
@keokirhodes Yeah, but most people make spur of the momment discisions to get a chinchilla are because thier cute. Not realising they have an absurdly long life span for a rodent. And like bunnies they love contact with people.Mine loved hanging out on my shoulders or head. Only got on the head with a hat on, found that one out the hard way, he pooped. Kids get them and oh no, they dont like being picked up, they dont wanna take care of them anymore. Its good yours found a good home with you
pet stores are fine but i suggest smaller ones for example in my local town i have 2 pet shops one big company called pets and home and a small “unknown” pet store called dabners the problem with the big company pet shops is they tend to ship the animals in bulk where as this small store order them in as u ask for them and tend to look after them better untill u arive to take ur chin or other rodent home

Ya know, Chinchillas make very nice winter coats. OOHHHH so warm!!!
suck my dick hoe
@YeahThatsRightDude fur use is wrong
dude. im the kind of person who finds the most weirdest looking chinchilla and buys it! who cares if its bred and looks weird, its your best friend! not something to just look at. its your buddy and thats all that matters. pet stores treat animals badly behind the scenes sometimes. so its important to help rescue those ones too.
i had a gray chinchilla for a long time. old age. R.I.P Bagera! i love you and miss you!
